Ronaldinho gets cosmetic dental surgery

BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil: According to a number of recent media reports, Brazilian soccer player Ronaldinho has undergone surgery to have his teeth straightened and realigned. For many years, the distinctive smile characterized by his protruding incisors has been the signature of the 33-year-old.

As reported by MailOnline, the website of the Daily Mail, Ronaldinho underwent a one-hour surgery last week, in which porcelain veneers were placed. In addition, it is believed that he underwent gingival surgery.

Brazilian newspaper O Globo reported that the two-time FIFA world player of the year had the work done in the city of Belo Horizonte and continued training with his team mates at current soccer club, Clube Atlético Mineiro, soon afterwards.
